Ein Plastiktablett macht Karriere

Hallo,

... today I'd like to show you some stuff Birgit has crafted for my Flower Cottage lately. Let's start with this plastic tablet - Birgit has bought some of these for a good price.

I have to admit at first I was wondering what she was up to... but then Birgit told me this would make a fantastic picture frame - and not just for any picture but indeed for the BiWuBears Collage that is mandatory for my home. At Fluby's and in the Witch Towers they're also having this picture - so it was pretty clear that I needed my own one, too. And because I am also the lucky one who received the wonderful picture with the real shells from the Sea of Galilee dear Drora has given to us as a gift Birgit painted the plastic tablet in a matching blue - and that's how it looks like now:

Birgit somehow has no objections when it comes to plastic - armed with her brushes she starts to paint it and most of the time this works quite well, as you're going to see right now. Birgit had reserved some Playmobil items for me. For sure the Playmobil pieces are smaller than our 1:12 scale. Nevertheless it's worth to have a closer look at them because some pieces are still of use - especially the accessoires - like these.

A small table, a radio (which has already received the first coat of paint, originally it was in a bright orange), an alarm clock and a camera... Birgit grabbed her brushes, cut off the camera's hold for the Playmobilhands and this is the result:

Now I have a nice white side-table to put one of my little beary houses on as well as my own radio, alarm clock and camera - all of them being individual ooaks. *LOL* But Birgit crafted even more for me... she still had this lovely wood ornament in one of her Maybe-somewhen-somehow-of-use-for-something-boxes.

This cute wooden teddy was a gift from Manu. Sadly we forgot to take a Before-photo so we have to show you the back of this piece - and now you can already guess what Birgit has done with it...

Endlich Rosa!!! *strahl* Mein eigenes rosa Teddy-Regal!
Finally pink!!! *beamswithjoy* My own pink teddy shelf! Isn't it cute? This is going to hang next to the door - ah, I'm so happy about it! But I was even happier about another gift of Birgit... and that's where we're getting back to the plastic tablet from the beginning. In the meantime the plastic tablet became a picture frame... but this wasn't all yet... and we promised you in the headline that a plastic tablet would climb high on the career ladder. Well, what else could this tablet become, what do you think?

Genau! Ein Tablet-PC!!! *lach* Typisch Birgit... ;O)
Sure! A tablet computer!!! *LOL* That's soooo Birgit... *grin* But really... I think that's great! And you need to search for another beary being as up-to-date with technics than me! And just for the case I shouldn't have mentioned this before - but I am indeed the most happiest flower beary in the whole wide world! ;O)

Liebe Grüße / Hugs
Rosey
