Seelenbaumler

Hallo,

... today I am proud to show you the gate that leads directly to the magical world, you can see it right behind me!

Äh... oder war das Tor hier? Äh...
Eh... or is that gate situated over here? Eh...

*Teehee* Okay, this stuff about the magical world was only a little joking around... All of a sudden Birgit said today: "This chaos around here is getting on my nerves. There are only two possibilities..." So I asked with a small grin on my face: "Sooo?" Birgit sighed: "Cleaning up the whole crafting mess and storing it so I can craft along again afterwards." - "And the second possibility?" She laughed: "A nice autumn stroll - weather is so fine today." And I said: "May I come along with you???"

She took me along with her and we went to the lake. You must know, here where we live every little village has its own lake. Our "personal" lake is called "Schierensee" and is surrounded by a forrest. And there's something very special about our lake because the "Schwentine" - being one of the biggest rivers in our county Schleswig-Holstein - flows through it. The Schwentine's origin or fountain lies in our neighbour village and when she flows out of our lake it's such a tiny rivulet that it's very hard to believe this will grow into a real river.

Sadly for me I had to find out that walking through a forrest can be quite exhausting, at least, when one is as small as I am. Poooh, these roots on the path are really big...

I should better use my wings - or even better let Birgit carry me along in the bag of her jacket. This was really comfy and I was able to look around. Here are some impressions:

My, I could sit for hours here on the lake's shore and watch the water. That's like some short vacation for the soul...

But we continued walking... I mean... eh... Birgit went a little further *giggle* and then we spotted this ant hill. Of course I wanted to be the first one who reached its top and baptize it "Mount Fluby", but Birgit reminded me that the ants would not like a bear climbing their hill - and I wouldn't like ants crawling through my fur.

Okay, the ants shall keep their peace - maybe they would have been too shocked with me climbing their hill... I mean, us bears are for sure the biggest predators living on land... *grin* Well, Birgit was again busy with her special hobby "Seeing things that others can not see". According to Birgit there's an animal face looking out of this tree trunk.

Seht Ihr, was sie meint?
Can you see what she's talking about? In the meantime I was taking a little sunbath - what do you think, did I get a nice tan on my fur?

Before we left for home we took another picture that may be an evidence...

... "There's always a light at the end of the tunnel!" *smile* And at the end we put our heads high and looked up, up in the sky:

And then we went home - but not without taking one last snapshot for you, presenting some very typical representatives of our landscape in Northern Germany:

We hope you enjoyed our little trip to the forrest and we're wishing, all of you are going on to have a great week!

Liebe Grüße /  Hugs
Flutterby

Pippibär hat gesagt…

Also Birgit, das ist doch kein Tier! Das ist eindeutig ein Waldkoboldgesicht! *klarunddeutlicherkennenkann*

Hello flutterby,
What great pictures. I feel like I was walking with you both. It's just beautiful. Brigit made the right decision. I spend hours cleaning my workroom, just to have pandemonium set in in minutes when I'm on a big project.
Big hug,
Giac
